Toggle presses are used for operations requiring maximum development of press force <\/b>at the end of the ram stroke, such as assembly, punching, riveting, gluing.<\/p>\n

Toggle presses generate their nominal force only at the end of the stroke<\/b>, i.e. at bottom dead centre.<\/p>\n

The toggle mechanism enables the user to achieve high press operating pressure<\/b> with relatively little physical effort (approximately 150 N).<\/p>\n

We offer three variants of toggle presses: the EP<\/b> and APK<\/b> series with round ram and the VK<\/b> series with square ram.<\/p>\n

The presses can be equipped with various optional accessories, such as: HS<\/b> return stroke lock, TB<\/b> table bore, Z<\/b> stroke counter, DP<\/b> micrometric stroke setting.<\/p>\n

DIRECT-ACTING PNEUMATIC PRESSES<\/b>
Our DA series direct-acting pneumatic presses<\/b> are equipped as standard with an innovative, precise and easy-to-use system for accurate stroke setting.
They are divided into two groups: DA<\/b> and XL<\/b> \u2013 DA<\/b> models provide more space (throat) for large workpieces.<\/p>\n

DA<\/b> series direct-acting pneumatic presses, round ram, forces from 1.5 kN to 56.0 kN, strokes from 40 mm to 120 mm.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

HYDROPNEUMATIC PRESSES<\/b>
HP hydropneumatic presses<\/b> run on compressed air and activate the hydraulic power stroke automatically.<\/p>\n

The fast pneumatic stroke brings the part to be marked into proximity at high speed and low power, whereas the hydraulic power stroke starts automatically as soon as the cylinder meets a certain level of resistance.<\/p>\n
